Cancellation Policy
In order to be respectful of the time from our patients and staff, a new cancellation policy will come into effect as of May 1st, 2022. Any appointments booked after that date, will be charged a cancellation fee without a minimum of 24-hours notice.

- Fee amounts:
- $25 for appointments with Dr. Mitchell-Lambert or the Physician's Assistant Sanjeef Thampinathan
- 50% of the visit cost with Dr. Coleman (ex. New patient visit=$200, cancellation fee= $100)
- An invoice in the amount owed will be sent to the patient.
