Please provide a minimum of 12 hours' notice if you are unable to make it to your in-person appointment. If no notification is provided, the following fees will apply:

- Fee amounts:
- $25 for appointments with Dr. Mitchell-Lambert, Sanjeef Thampinathan, or Sarah Rome
- 50% of the visit cost with Dr. Coleman (ex. New patient visit=$200, cancellation fee= $100)
- An invoice in the amount owed will be sent to you via email.
